Deep Tissue is not about brute force — it is about precision. I use slow strokes, sustained compression and forearms or elbows when needed to reach restrictions that lighter work cannot.

Sessions are customized: we focus on the areas that limit you most, and I stay in constant communication so the pressure stays in the productive zone — never punishing.

Will it hurt?

It should feel like 'good pain' — productive, never sharp. We stay in a 6–7 out of 10 zone and back off immediately if it crosses into bracing.

Will I be sore the next day?

Mild soreness for 24 hours is normal, similar to a workout. Hydration and a warm bath help.

Do you bring everything needed?

Yes. I arrive with a heated professional massage table, fresh linens, premium oils and serums, calming music and any equipment your treatment requires. You only need a quiet room with a little floor space.
