Will my skin be red afterward?

A gentle flush is normal for an hour. Anything stronger is intentional — and always discussed in advance.

Can I wear makeup after?

Best to wait 4–6 hours so the actives can settle in.

Do you bring everything needed?

Yes. I arrive with a heated professional massage table, fresh linens, premium oils and serums, calming music and any equipment your treatment requires. You only need a quiet room with a little floor space.
