Valerie O'Sullivan brings more than 27 years of international holistic health care experience to La Jolla. She recently returned to La Jolla after traveling and working in New Zealand, Australia, and Big Sur California.
Valerie has worked in Holistic Health since the 1970s. She is an aesthetician, yoga instructor, and certified clinical massage therapist with a master's degree in clinical nutrition. Her massage training was at the British College of Osteopathy and Naturopathic Medicine in London, England. She has traveled extensively and incorporated many diverse healing modalities into her work.
Soothing local botanicals including fennel, wild rose, rosemary, and marine extracts are carefully blended into Valerie's treatments. Valerie has received training in biologically active skincare products and techniques. Her treatments are specific for your particular condition.

Valerie also uses fresh all natural "Pure Fiji" products in many of her massages and body treatments. The base ingredient is cold pressed virgin coconut oil. Natural real plant, fruit and flower extracts spoil you from head to toe with relaxing and fragrant sugar scrubs, milk bath soaks, body lotions and body butters. These fantastic and luxurious products also help the indigenous people on this isolated far away South Pacific Island. Villagers in Fiji work with locally grown natural products. They employ the native people helping mothers live a more sustainable lifestyle.

OhShinnah has joined MST making us a dynamic mother-daughter team.
In 2001, she received her diploma in Beauty Therapy at The Australian College of Hair Design and Beauty Pty Ltd. in Melbourne, Australia. In 2004, OhShinnah earned her Esthetician License in California, USA. She has an Associate Degree in Biology and PreNursing, and received a Professional Certification in First Aid from the National Australian Red Cross. As a result, she has a broad understanding of human biology and the healthy function of skin.
OhShinnah's beauty experience crosses the globe having worked in salons from Australia to La Jolla, California. OhShinnah's meticulous and caring esthetic skills are combined with a strong clear focus on her client's specific skin care goals. Her true artistry is evident in her mastery of “Elleebana” lash lift services and Henna Brow Art certification. She has successfully completed her Training in “Delux Brows and Fundamental Permanent Makeup”. OhShinnah provides her clients a luxurious and deeply relaxing experience.
