A Swedish-based massage layered with custom-blended therapeutic essential oils chosen for your mood, body and the season.

Aromatherapy works on the limbic brain — the part of you that feels before it thinks. Pairing scent with skilled touch shifts mood, sleep and stress more deeply than either does alone.

I blend oils on site using only therapeutic-grade essential oils. Common blends include lavender for calm, eucalyptus for breathing, citrus for lift and frankincense for grounding.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities?

Tell me at intake. I always patch-test new blends and can work fragrance-free if needed.

Are the oils safe in pregnancy?

Most are not. I use a separate, fully prenatal-safe shortlist for expecting clients.

Do you bring everything needed?

Yes. I arrive with a heated professional massage table, fresh linens, premium oils and serums, calming music and any equipment your treatment requires. You only need a quiet room with a little floor space.

What is your cancellation policy?
